Mission, Vision, and Core Values

Mission

As a full service pet grooming shop, Bingo Pet Salon’s mission is to offer a comfortable and professional environment for our clients and their pets. Our highly skilled and trained groomers aim to educate and provide what is always in the pet’s best interest. Working with the client, we provide a service that will allow for easy maintenance between grooms.

Vision

The vision of Bingo Pet Salon is to grow into a leader in the pet grooming and education industry. Through the Bingo Institute of Grooming we are training skilled, passionate groomers, who not only care for animals, but also about educating clients. Bingo offers a fun, friendly, atmosphere, where groomers can continue to learn and grow, while earning well above the industry standard. Our staff will continue to be leaders in the animal community, providing free services for shelters, rescues, and helping out individuals in need.

Core Values

We have 3 main core values here at Bingo Pet Salon. They include Commitment, Community, and Education. Bingo Pet Salon groomers all make a COMMITMENT to their craft. We aspire to give your pet the best grooming experience possible and provide quality in every groom. Bingo Pet Salon has also made a commitment to our local COMMUNITY, including the animal and human community. We give back to the local animal community through our Bingo Cares program, which provides free grooming services to local rescues and shelters. We also are very active in local charities and schools. Finally, Bingo Pet Salon values EDUCATION. Our groomers all have access to continued education through the Bingo Institute of Grooming. We also work diligently with all of our clients to educate them on proper maintenance of their pets coat between grooming, and help to find the perfect cut, with the desired amount of maintenance.

Meet The Staff

Helen Q.

Helen Q.

Dog Stylist

Helen has been with us since 2012 and brings a great personality and love for animals to Bingo. Helen's favorite part about being a groomer is seeing the swagger that a dog has after it has been groomed and is looking good. Her favorite breed to groom is a Schnauzer, as she has 2 of her own, Walley and Sadie, but she is experienced in grooming all breeds and has recently become our "Doodle Queen." Helen works at Bingo on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday

Jessica C.

Jessica C.

Jessica has been with the Bingo Pet Salon family since 2014 and comes to us with a wealth of grooming experience with both cats and dogs. Jessica is the Director of Education at the Bingo Institute of Grooming, training the next generation of pet groomers in Metro Detroit. Grooming appointments are available at the school Monday-Friday, and the first Saturday of each month. Jessica has a wealth of grooming experience and is always looking to share her knowledge with aspiring groomers.
